All our rates are quoted over the phone. Higher rates will apply for call outs or out of hours services. If your job turns out to be more time consuming than first thought then before any work starts you will be informed exactly what the price or hourly rate will be. When working on an hourly rate basis a five minute overrun will be allowed before you are charged for the next half hour. Customers will not be charged for travelling to and from jobs.
Estimates are not normally chargable but this will depend on the nature of the work the time of the appointement and the area you live.

No, we are more than happy to supply the necessary materials to complete the job. Alternatively we can work with the materials supplied by you, however we cannot guarantee any materials you supply. We also reserve the right not to use materials if we believe them to of poor quality or not fit for purpose.
You can either pay by cash/cheque or by debit/credit card over the phone. Our skilled tradesman will provide you with an itemised bill on completion with a breakdown of materials and labour costs. Payment for quoted jobs will be arranged with each customer.
Labour on installations is guaranteed for twelve months. Parts supplied or installed are guaranteed for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty period. Please note that any labour necessary to rectify or replace work in connection with a faulty part will be chargeable.
Repair work is guaranteed for three months. This guarantee excludes items such as glass breakages, blockages or if a tradesman has recommended a replacement which the customer declines.
